  • Sane Forums: A place where you can read about others’ experiences, share your own, and respond to posts. It’s a supportive environment for discussing mental health.

Local Support Groups

  • Hub of Hope: A directory of local mental health support services in the UK. You can search for peer support groups in your area.
  • Local Mind Groups: Mind offers various group support services across England and Wales. You can contact your nearest local Mind to find out what’s available.
  • NHS Support Groups: Some peer support groups are run by the NHS and may require a referral from your GP. These groups are often held at hospitals or community mental health teams.
